How Do I create an Account?

Once you launch the online software, by clicking on either the 'Create Products Now' button at the top right of each page or on the product's green arrow, the software will open and you are prompted with a login screen. Click the 'Register For Free' button and complete your registration details.

How do I upload Photos?

Within the online software, after you have created an account and logged in for the first time, you are prompted with a 'Get Started' button. You create the name of the photo album you are about to upload. Once the album is created there is an 'Upload Photo' button where you can browse your computer to select and upload your photos to your new album.

How do I create a Photo Book?

Once you have logged into the online software and uploaded your photos then select the 'Photo Books' option on the main menu. Select the required Photo Book size and type, then select your photos and create and follow the prompts.

How do I create a Canvas Print?

Once you have logged into the online software and uploaded your photos select the 'Canvas Print' button on the main menu. Select the required Canvas Print size and orientation, then select your photos and create and follow the prompts.

What size Photo do I need?

This varies on the product you select. Our intelligent online ordering software will warn you if your image resolution is too low for the product selected. You are still able to proceed but are asked to confirm that you are aware of the warning.

How many Photos do I need?

Canvas Prints require one photo but you are able to use multiple photos and create a collage of your canvas. Photo Books can require as little as one photo per page however you are able to have multiple photos per page.

How long does my order take?

You can receive your order in as few as 5 working days. Orders are dispatched from Northern NSW via Australia post so delivery time will vary depending on your location. There is an additional 2 days added to the delivery time in peak periods like Christmas.

Is my canvas stretched?

Yes your canvas print is stretched on a 40x30mm pine canvas frame and delivered ready to hang.

Do I have to download software?

No, our ordering software is all cloud based meaning you only require an internet connection to use our services. You can login to your account wherever you have a computer with an internet connection.
