I have a coupon code for a promotional offer. How do I redeem it?
Use your coupon code at the checkout.
Repeat the process with any other products or prints that you would like to order.
Design your order and place your completed item in the shopping cart.
In the 'Invoice Summary' section, in the promotions drop down menu on the left of the screen select 'Use coupon code', and enter the code, and click apply.
The amount of the discount will be shown in red.
Can I get an extension on my coupon code?
Unfortunately the expiry on the coupon code cannot be extended. These codes were set up with thousands of other codes at the start of the promotion and these codes are initially setup with an expiry date loaded. The expiry cannot be moved or changed and we honour the voucher up until the expiry date specified by the site you purchased the coupon from.
Can I combine shipping with vouchers
Each voucher has to be processed through the checkout separately. Unfortunately the checkout will only allow one item and one code per time, as stated on the voucher. These cannot be combined to save on shipping.

How do I pay for my order?
Once you have added products to your shopping cart, complete the payment for your order with credit card or PayPal. Payment must be instant and orders will not be processed without prior payment. Our payment process is provided by PayPal Australia.
I am having problems paying for my order
As all payments to us are collected through PayPal, if you are experiencing difficulties making payment for your order you will need to contact customer support or alternatively the PayPal Helpdesk on 1800 073 263.
How long does my order take?
You can receive your order in as few as 5 working days. This does NOT include production time of 1-3 days. Orders are dispatched from Northern NSW via Australia Post so delivery time will vary depending on your location. There is an additional 2 days added to the delivery time in peak periods like Christmas.

I have chosen home delivery but my order has not arrived
If your home delivery order has been shipped and has not yet arrived, please contact your local Post Office to enquire if your order is being held for collection. If they do not have your order, please contact customer support.
Can I change the shipping address or pick up location after my order has been placed?
Once an order has been finalised and submitted for processing, it is unfortunately not possible to make any changes to your order, including the delivery address and contact phone number.
Can my order be prioritised or sent by Express Post if I pay extra?
We are unable to prioritise orders that have been submitted, as the lab will process jobs in the order that they are received. Yes we do offer Express Post. Please view Pricing and Delivery Information here.
I have only received part of my order.
Due to certain products being fulfilled by different printing labs, you order may not arrive in the same parcel. Please check the My Orders tab of the website to confirm the current status of each part of your order.
How do I see the Progress of My Order?
- Click Sign In and enter your email address and password.
- Once logged in, click the My Orders button at the top of the page
- The current status of your most recent orders will be displayed.
- In Progress - Your order has been received by our system and the printing lab is processing the information.
- In Production - The printing lab has received your order and is currently printing and producing your items.
- Shipped - Your order has been packaged and posted from the printing lab
